We promise 2-4 weeks delivery to the USA and 3-5 weeks to most other countries. In most cases, orders within the USA normally take 12-20 days to arrive.
We wait 24 hours after your order before processing it. This is to allow you to make any changes to your order (if required).
After 24 hours, all orders are sent to our international fulfilment center in China and the order is packaged and shipped out.
Tracking numbers are usually available 3-5 business days after you place your order. In most cases, the tracking numbers are active instantly. However, in some cases, tracking might take an additional 2-4 working days to show the correct location of your package.

We warehouse the majority of our product in China. And we ship them directly from China after your order is processed. Warehousing and shipping them from China allows us to provide you with a wide range of products and give you the maximum amount of value possible!
Sometimes, we see an unusually high demand for certain products. In those cases, we use our warehouse in the USA to ship those products.
Majority of the delays are caused because of packages being held up in customs. Sadly, we cannot control this part of the experience, but what we can do is help you out. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need any help with your order!
To minimize shipping times, we avoid the use of a central assembling warehouse. This means that if you order more than one product, we might ship it out in different packages to speed up the shipping time!
In most cases, customs fees do not apply but you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
Unfortunately, My Zen Mat has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
